Terms of sale

By placing an order with 5X Paris, you agree to the following terms:

1. Products
All items are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue products at any time.

2. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in EUR (€) and include/exclude applicable taxes as stated at checkout. Payment must be completed in full before order processing.

3. Orders
Once an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order in case of suspected fraud, error, or stock issues.

4. Shipping
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on location and carrier delays. 5X Paris is not responsible for delays once the order has been dispatched.

5. Returns & Exchanges
Returns are accepted within [14/30] days of receipt, provided items are unworn, unwashed, and in original condition. Certain items (e.g., sale or limited drops) may be non-returnable.

6. Refunds
Refunds are processed after inspection of returned goods. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

7. Liability
5X Paris is not liable for indirect damages, loss, or misuse of products after delivery.
